It’s a pleasure to introduce myself to you. My name is Jennelle Blackman and I’m the owner of The Nail Boutique, Urban Oasis Salon and Cosmetology School as well as Paws and Claws.
For 10 years, I have been a passionate entrepreneur working tirelessly to develop and expand my businesses. Before online shopping was as pervasive as it is now my aim with The Nail Boutique – the business that started it all – was to offer the highest quality products in a retail setting. That hasn’t changed, as quality and value remain the focus!
This dedication to all my businesses has paid off; our cosmetology school is the only one of its kind in Guyana qualified and accredited and issuing CVQs while our beauty salon continues to rank among the best in Guyana alongside The Nail Boutique which stands out due to its superior quality products and has become the go-to nail shop for both professionals and consumers who want only the best products and service.
I carry many titles, I’m a tutor, “boss”, mentor, “mother”, and friend. I’m often misunderstood as a result of my facial expression but if you get to know me you’ll see that I have a heart of gold.
